By purchasing or accessing The Math Dash, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Donations & Giving Back

A portion of every purchase (5% of gross sales) is donated to classroom projects through DonorsChoose or similar organizations. Project selection is made at the sole discretion of Simplify Learning, LLC and may vary throughout the year.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All purchases include a 14-day cancellation window, which begins on the date of purchase.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
• No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period, regardless of usage.
• To qualify for a refund, users must remove and delete all downloaded materials, including digital files, worksheets, PDFs, and screenshots obtained through The Math Dash.

Simplify Learning, LLC reserves the right to deny refunds if materials continue to be used after cancellation.

Access & Membership Renewal

• Memberships automatically renew every 12 months unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Users may cancel at any time through their account dashboard or by contacting customer support.
• Cancellation stops future charges but does not result in a refund for the current billing period.

Digital License & Usage Rights

• All materials are licensed, not sold.
• Purchases grant single-user access unless a school or district license is explicitly purchased.
• Sharing accounts, logins, files, screenshots, or materials is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized sharing, redistribution, or resale may result in immediate account termination without refundand potential legal action.

School & District Purchases

• School and district purchases must be made using official purchase orders or approved school funds.
• School funds may not be used to purchase personal or individual teacher licenses through the website.
• Simplify Learning, LLC reserves the right to revoke access if a purchase violates procurement policies.

Intellectual Property

All content within The Math Dash, including videos, lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, graphics, and written materials, is the intellectual property of Simplify Learning, LLC and is protected by copyright law.

Users may not:

• Copy, modify, translate, or distribute materials
• Upload content to shared drives, public websites, or learning marketplaces
• Record, download, or redistribute instructional videos

Modifications & Updates

• Content, features, pricing, and platform access may be updated at any time to improve the program.
• Active members receive access to updates during their subscription period at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability

The Math Dash is provided “as is.” Simplify Learning, LLC is not responsible for instructional outcomes, student performance, or implementation decisions made by users or institutions.

Termination of Access

Simplify Learning, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms
• Misuse or unauthorized sharing of materials
• Fraudulent purchases or chargebacks

Termination due to violations does not qualify for a refund.
